Just awful games across the divisions.
Michigan vs. Florida
FSU vs. Alabama

.
.
Tennessee vs. GTech?
ATM vs. UCLA?
That's about it. Man what a bad college football weekend.

It probably will be a bad weekend for you Bammers when FSU beats Saban nation.

That's not opening weekend. Here's some games on opening weekend which is August 26th:
Oregon State @ Colorado State
Portland State @ BYU
Hawaii @ UMASS
South Florida @ San Jose State
Rice vs. Stanford in Sydney, Australia.

Well I stand corrected. That's the worst opening weekend ever then.

Hoping the bands make the trip and rumble at halftime.

Yeah it's a bunch of douchers trying to jump the gun to get more exposure. Opening weekend should always be Labor Day weekend.

It's pretty awful. Glad the SEC is carrying the burden of week 1 for CFB.

Not a good as last year, but from far the worst.
Bama/FSU and Michigan/UF alone make it a decent weekend. Also really looking forward to UT/GT

Washington made the playoff last year having played nobody and losing badly at home to USC, so what's the point in scheduling hard games when the committee didn't care to let the Big-10 champ in? Ohio State represented so well in the shutout loss

I mean, it's not the best ever, but week 2 looks fantastic.

Penn State lost by what, 39 to Michigan? They didn't deserve to be in.

Some of you are going to be very, very disappointed come the morning of September 3rd.

Waaay waay back, like 10 years ago, most everyone played crap games opening weekend. So No this is not the worst ever and not even close.
Quit devaluing language.

If we're talking SEC, it may not mean that much to a lot of people, but Vandy-MTSU is big for both teams and pretty interesting to a lot of people in middle Tennessee.
