Is there another team that is top 5 in returning starters and talent?

Returning starters is an overrated stat. No reason a new starter can't be better than the player he is replacing. Not to mention a lot of defenses rotate players.

Returning production may be a cleaner stat to work with, but even so -

There's no possible to quantify, prove, or discount a statement like this, unless you're replacing DJ Welter with Kendell Beckwith.
