There were more people at the NO Bowl this afternoon than last year's Sugar Bowl. This year's Sugar match-up is even worse.

Not a very attractive match-up so yea, the Sugar Bowl pretty much got screwed again. The Fiesta, Cotton and Capitol One bowls have the better games this season.

I'm sure there'll be some local LSU fans that'll go to the game just to watch an SEC team play live. I doubt the Dome will be half empty.

This has become worse over the last decade. UF has become less Southern over the years and more like South Florida ("the further south you go, the further north you get").

Of course you'll be pulling for UF to lose like most UGA fans will be. Then if UF does lose, you get to say "thanks Gators for embarrassing the conference".

You can believe if Bama, Auburn, or LSU was there (and probably a half dozen others), it would be sold out.

UF: University of Fairweather.

I'm embarrassed for you.

Louisville will probably just as many fans in attendance as Florida. It's well known that a UF fan's favorite place to watch their bowl game is the couch.

For the Cap One Bowl Neb. has sold 5,000 of their 12,500. UGA has sold 11,000 of their 12,500....

This surprises you? Cincinnati sold more tickets than UF in Tebow's LAST GAME in college

According to NOLA.com, of an allotment of 17,500 tickets per team, Louisville had sold more than 14,000 tickets while the Gators had sold about only 6,500. That number was as of Friday, December 14.
