To be fair, he's always been that guy that has the potential to blow the hell up. He was never really lean.

Honestly J-Russ is doing well, he owns several businesses and looks pretty good. He also does volunteer work in the community, and free football camps with current and former NFL players in the Greater Mobile area. Right now he looking to get into coaching football at high school and youth levels. He has matured tremendously and his mother's restaurant has the best soul food this side of the Mississippi.
