Is Tennessee a stepping stone program now?

I think a coach taking another job before he gets fired doesn't get their "big 6 card" revoked.Bill Curry left Bama for UK. Ray Perkins left Bama for the NFL. Pete Carrol left USC for the NFL. However, the fact that it is closing on 20 years since they won the conference might get that card revoked.

If we had the recruiting grounds these teams have I could certainly be naming them.But we do pretty well with lower 20 ranked classes.What's the least 5's excuse?Top recruiting classes with little to show?
