Is State stuck with Mullen through 2020?

He's been interviewing -- and not getting offered -- at every program he can for the past 4 years.
When he goes 6-6 or 7-5 this year, will the phones stop ringing completely? Who else pays him $4m a year so he can save face and move on?

Good point. That's probably a better way to put it. They're stuck with each other. Mullen can't find a comparable job at a comparable salary. State can't find a better coach.
Seems like they better get used to each other.

So, Who will you guys go after when Freezer gets canned for allowing recruiting cheating to run rampant among the Ole Miss Crooked Alumni?
It will happen, and you know that it will, which is why you posted this chest puffer post.
I predict No bowl games for two years, loss of 28 scholarships, firing of head coach and AD.
The grove will survive as will the consumption of massive quantities of Rebel Yell over coke in a red cup and cold chicken strips.

Foley is still telling anyone who will listen that Dan is a terrible person and unfit for any head coaching job.
IMO it reflects very badly on Foley --- more so than Mullen, and makes me wonder what Dan did to piss him off so bad that he's still badmouthing him all these years later.
Mullen must've plowed Foley's wife and daughter and then rubbed the video of it in his face. What other kind of transgression could elicit such a vindictive response?
Maybe he let some of his (presumably black) players in on it? Whatever it was it must've been pretty serious, that or else Foley is just a sensitive little bitch.
