I feel he's overrated and certainly not on the level of LSU's Aranda or Alabama's Pruitt?

ORgeron coached well enough as interim HC to beat several so-so teams, as you may recall.
Chavis is doing some great coaching still, and only needs a HC that will permit a program to give equal emphasis to defense.

Every coach is top 5 as long as they are coaching at LSU. As soon as they leave, they drop out of the top 5.
