Is it time to re-align the conference to make it more geographically correct

West: A&M, LSU, Mizzou, Ole Miss, Miss St., Vandy, Arky.

Why even call them West or east in that lineup. Be more accurate.

Actually, some of us could give a flip about Bammer.
What disgusts us is the SEC forcing every-year, other division opponents on the other 10 teams to "save" Bammer/UThug & Aub/UGA.
If these games are so important, then put all 4 in the same division, add 1 more neutral-site conference game (4/4/1), rotate the 3 OOD games, and be done.

I say get rid of the divisions and have it straight 14 teams. Let teams work it out in a fair way to keep five rivals then rotate 3 other teams. The two best teams play for the SEC trophy. They can work out tie breaker situations. I see no need for divisions.

There have been threads before regarding realignment of the divisions that proposed good configurations.

Swap Bama and Ga.
This would keep the West and East balanced.
Bama gets Tenn in division and can get AU across.
Ga gets AU in division and can get Fla across.
Everyone else can rework their cross division opponents.
