Normally yes but when Miami starts rolling again they will probably be about even.

Do you have an ounce of proof?

Do you really think he cares? You're only doing exactly what he wants you to do by responding.

Me thinks there's a big difference filling an AD opening and a HC opening - especially mid season.

that's a tough one. i'd give uf a slight edge. i'd also put them in the same category, top 10 type program, maybe top 5.

Is this supposed to be a troll? Florida is a great job and so is LSU.

Yeah, Florida/Georgia is particularly known for being quite dry regarding recruiting grounds.

I've been around both LSU and UF all of my life. UF used to be a lot better but, LSU has surpassed them in the past decade. UF has very dated facilities and they don't seem to have as much fan support as they once had.

The rise of USF and UCF have cut into their recruiting enough to be a problem.

FSU owns them.

Not saying Florida and Georgia are dry at all. My only point is LSU doesn't have to compete with FSU, UM, UGA etc. This actually makes it more impressive when UF pulls top recruiting classes. It's easier for LSU because there's no one else in state to compete with.

Petrino did it. If it's a good enough job the coach will do whatever needs to be done to get there.

Not really, no. There's no recruiting advantage and both schools have had about an equal amount of success in the last 10 years.

They are similar and either school could be dominate with the right coach. LSU would be easier to win at right now because they have more talent and didn't hire a replaced failure like UF did with Muschamp.

Coaches arent going to be contacted directly by LSU to finds out if there is mutual interest....LSU, as all big schools contact agents and the best agents have multiple HCs as clients....coaches can look media in the eye and say they havent been contacted but their agent has..
