Is Derrick Henry afraid of contact?

He runs upright and tries to hit the sideline a lot.

It would seem like a guy who is 238 would run more people over.

I actually think Derrick Henry will be one of the more physical backs this year. He isn't getting talked about as much as Chubb or fournette, but he has the tools to be great.

He's huge, but he's also super fast. Outran the entire Oklahoma secondary a couple years ago.

He can run people over when he wants to, but most of the time chooses not to because he doesn't have to when he's in the open field.

Here is a highlight of his 80 yard run against Arkansas:

He has speed, but he lacks lower body strength. If you watch most of his runs, he is untouched at the LOS.

Yes. He reminds me of Bo Jackson. He can be physical but prefers to use his speed and 9 times out of 10 will seek to avoid contact. Both are big and strong.
