PCL vs ACL
Chubb's recovery timeline has been very similar to an ACL recovery. I had similar doubts as you until that was known.

That is a sign of insecurity about how much you actually know.
And yet... you make a bold assertion with the fallacy that what you've said must be true because nobody present has the means with which to disprove it.

See what happens when you look stuff up? Now you sound smart. Congratulations.

Any relevant information about Chubb's specific recovery could only be looked up with the help of a significant HIPAA violation.

6 months to a year for both ACL and PCL recovery. How does that support your claims?

I think I mixed you guys up because of the avatar.

What frightens me is Marcus Lattimore's situation for Chubb.... If it turns like that.

I never made a claim about ACL vs PCL . I just stated that the guys mentioned didn't have a PCL.

You implied pcl was much tougher to return from.

What did I look up? An explanation of a fallacy? I literally just described what you did and identified it as a fallacy.

I did not imply anything. I was merely suggesting that you should not compare the two. You guys are the ones that started jumping to conclusions and looking things up.

It appeared you claimed to have knowledge on acl and pcl tears.

I never claimed to have knowledge and I never implied that one was worse than the other. You guys hear what you want to hear.

So your very first post was an uneducated assumption. Glad you are man enough to admit that.

Yes, he had a while to get better and get back up to speed so he will no doubt be the starter Week 1

That Chubb vs LF thread caused you to start this one. What a little bitch move

Here is the latest:
He’s back to his normal self when it comes to running, cutting, exercising, but he hasn’t put the pads on,” he said. “He hasn’t taken a hit. He hasn’t taken that knee brace off yet. So there’s a lot of hurdles when it comes to that for Nick gaining confidence.”
Chubb may have already cleared one of those hurdles. He was practicing with his teammates without a knee brace in the final workouts before G-Day in March, but getting him to the point where he’s ready to carry the football in a live situation is going to take some time.
The Bulldogs probably won’t have a good idea of what he, or Michel for that matter, can accomplish until they are able to put him in some situations where they’ll be forced to take hits on or close to their respective injured areas.
“I think that’s yet to be determined,” Smart said of both players status for the season opener. “It’s going to stay that way for quite awhile, at least until we get through the first or second scrimmage.”

I figure Chubb will be fine, but to use one example in favor over a lot more examples not in favor is pretty naive. Every person's body is different and heals differently.
You DO know they were responding to the OP making a blanket statement that Chubb would be slower, right? now....look at your statement and you will see why they said what they did. They were not saying Chubb would be back because Gurley came back so strong. They were saying that Gurley came back strong after his injury, so Chubb could come back, too.
