I remember when he was at Prattville - Auburn fans HATED him because they thought he was "steering" his kids away from Auburn intentionally.

It's awesome how college football has so much irony.

He would be a good hire, but it would be a bad idea to be a defensive coach under Gus.

What big time recruits have come out of Prattville? Honestly can't think of any.

We should probably hire Scot Loeffler. He can make any defense look good.

Under Clark? Harper, Kyle Tatum, Bobby Greenwood, Nick Gentry, Travis McCall, Kevin Hamilton to name a few.

Then you haven't paid attention to SEC football. All the ones I mention except for Hamilton played multiple seasons for UA. Gentry was the only one that never really started, but he was still a very good player.

Tim Rawlinson was the best HS player I've ever seen live. Signed with FSU, but had major academic/legal issues and I don't think he ever made it to campus.

well Clark may not be a bama 'homer' anymore since bama shut down his football program.

Then you never saw Chad Jackson play. Best HS players I ever saw live: Chad Jackson, Joe McNight, Tim Tebow.

No, I didn't. However, as a sophomore, Rawlinson had 159 tackles and 12 sacks.

Still think you're lying when you say you've never heard of Roman Harper, unless you are about 18.

Well, I mentioned his legal troubles.

He was high in every game he played.

You've honestly never heard of Roman Harper?
