Is Alabama even remotely concerned about Washington?

Do they concern you in any way or do you feel this is an automatic W?

I wouldn't consider any P5 conference champ in the playoffs as automatic.

The Bama board shows a lot of respect for them. I was one of the few that felt extremely confident about an easy win.

I'm only concerned because I respect Peterson as a coach a lot. That guy knows how to pull upsets.

They have a good secondary and their receivers can win in man to man, but I think they won't hold up in the trenches. I predict a two touchdown win at least

You know they are the SEC representative in the playoffs, right? We can't talk about the playoffs?

Sure. Peterson is a really good coach. They will be prepared. Alabama's offense is still a work in progress with Jalen Hurts and can sputter against good defenses (which Washington has). I could see this game in doubt late.

There is also a possibility that Alabama completely overwhelms them, but I don't think that is a sure thing.

Of course. Best offense Alabama will have faced. A solid defense too.

I would think that most Bama fans believe Bama will win.
Have no idea if it will be easy or hard.

Yes, it's concerning. Most Alabama fans are confident we should win, but understand that Washington is a fierce opponent and our players will have to bring it.

Washington has the #4 defense in the country in yards per play and #7 offense in yards per play. They are well balanced on both sides of the ball (although their running game doesn't really scare me, due to our outstanding run defense, the balance of their offense can make both parts look better).

I'm concerned Alabama won't cover, but not about the W.

I don't think I have seen any Bama fan say that it is an automatic win. We have learned our lessons about automatic wins. We are cautiously optimistic and expect a good game and hopefully Bama pulling away in the 4th Quarter.

They really like to run though. It's almost imperative that they run to set up the pass.
That's why if Bama can score a couple of times in the first half then it's essentially over.

I don't know man....the talent differential between the two is huge. The only team they faced that would approach Bama level was USC and that didn't go well for them. Our DL is going to feast.

Im pretty concerned about our secondary against their QB. Also concerned about Kiffin trying to get cute/not being focused and costing us the game.

Dude hasn't fared well against any pressure. I think he's going to look a lot like Connor Cook did.

UW will put up a hell of a fight for 3 quarters, then Bama will pull away late like they always do, because they have backups that would be a ranked team.

Washington is a good football team and Chris Petersen is a good football coach. It is foolish to underestimate any opponent. With that being said we should win this game. However we lost to a third string QB in the playoff 2 years ago so you never know.
