You honestly think our team is going to take them lightly? Bold statement

I think Lane Kiffin is too good. If they didn't have Kiffin, I think Auburn wins easily.

Of course there are some AU fans who genuinely think AU will win. They should feel that way. They are a talented team who has had two bad games back-to-back. They didn't forget who to score (despite the UGA game). They have a legit shot to beat Bama. I think they'll go in as 8 point dogs and I think Bama wins, but AU has a legit chance in that game.

I do not think we'll win.

I do think we have a chance, but not in a traditional "if Alabama makes mistakes and things go our way" manner. I think that we're pretty close to Alabama, and I'm not trying to slight Alabama. I just think that when relatively healthy and playing well, Auburn, Alabama, MSU and Ole Miss aren't far apart.

Now that said, I have to put MSU and Alabama in another category, as they aren't going through whatever it is AU is going through. In sum, I don't think we'd need breaks/magic/refs/unrealistically good play to win this game, I just think we'd have to find a way to pull out of the spiral we've gotten ourselves into.

That may be splitting hairs, but I imagine some will understand what I'm getting at.

More than likely, Alabama will come into this game mad and go up 30+.

I want to see the remake of the "Kick 6."

if and its a big if AU can all the sudden pull it back together, with Williams getting healthy they have a shot. Hard to say what`s went wrong but anyone that has watched them the last two weeks should be able to tell they just aren`t right, maybe two years of abnormally tight last minute games have taken a toll, but the effort just hash`t been there ..dunno

Auburn is clearly better and will win.

I think Alabama wins because they're at home, have things on the line, and because Auburn hasn't shown a willingness to play on after these awful performances.

Maybe something changes my mind in the next two weeks, but I just haven't seen anything out of this team that indicates they'll return to form enough to win this one.

That said, I'll be surprised if Gus doesn't have something dialed up for the game, but I just don't have faith our defense and individual performances will be sufficient.
