To this day I still don't know where that game came from. I expected a close, hard fought game that we might've ended up losing. Instead we blew them out of the freaking water. At halftime I texted a friend, asking him where this team had come from. That was an awesome day to be a Bama fan. No lie.

We were fresh off a 2 game losing streak that pretty much smashed any chance of having a great season. There was a lot of internal issues led by Kenny Hill. Bama was ready. A&M wasn't. The ball bounced Bama's way. It was the perfect storm for a 1 sided beat down looking back.

The similarities between LSU and aTm in the excuse making game is unparalleled. aTm has nothing to play for so bama beat them down

I'm pumped to think that was only year two of a complete overhaul of a program, from a finness pass happy offense with no defense to a ground and pound physical brand of football on both sides of the ball. I'm encouraged, if we could just shore up a couple miscue's we could have won both games going away. Football season can't get here soon enough.
