We already have a better QB, and a better WR. And even a better QB turned WR.

So no thanks. We don't need your hand-me-down players. Hand-me-down coaches are enough.

Wow, you tried to make a point but instead made his point.

I'm just ready for football season and the fall semester. It's my favorite time of the year. I'm just about burnt out on this off-season trash talk and meaningless arguing.

The trash talking/meaningless arguing definitely subsides around here during the season.

Agreed, but it's not like Spurrier didn't win anything here.

You have no idea the kind of crazy you have attracted. Should be entertaining to say the least.

I know what I was doing. Just an attempt at being self-deprecating.

It's not like he doesn't recognize top talent though. Driskel and Brissett both got drafted
Brissett wasn't on Muschamp's radar. Charlie Weis recognized his talent and recruited him to Florida. Muschamp started Driskel over Brissett when it was clear to everyone else that Brissett was the superior QB.

he strung together the best 3 years in program history at South Carolina.

I think there was a bit of a correlation in performance.

He just took South Carolina as far as they can go I guess.

Not denying that Muschamp was retarded about the way he handled the QBs he had. Every SC fan is praying he learned his lesson.

Blaming all the transfers on him is retarded though. Two went on to the NFL. Had he adhered to a system that fit to their needs, Florida would have been fine and Muschamp would still be there today.

Look at what McElwain has done without Grier. Not much better.

It's not that Muschamp recruited terrible players (although none of his offensive personnel were all that good), it's that he horrifically mismanaged the players he did recruit.

I think Roper is a decent OC - but he needs a better head coach behind him.

What was your offense ranked last year, 111th, right?

McElwain Passing Offenses

#48 Fresno St 2007 QB Brandstater
#65 Alabama 2008 QB J.P. Wilson
#53 Alabama 2009 QB McElroy
#29 Alabama 2010 QB McElroy
#53 Alabama 2011 QB McCarron
#134 Colorado St 2012 QB Grayson
#14 Colorado St 2013 QB Grayson
#4 Colorado St 2014 QB Grayson

Coach Mac has the ability to get an offense going anywhere he's at, his 3 years at CSU more than proves that. If we have a QB who's not a complete head-case...our offense should be much better than last season.

per my sources, Boom is totally focused on defense, recruting, and running the program. He is not touching the offense. He learned his lesson and is staying out of the way.

Awesome, so I should anticipate Top10 Total Defenses at SC, b/c that's what Muschamp has done at his past schools.

Wouldn't surprise me if you have one next season.

Muschamp is known for coaching up a good defense.
