They all saw the writing on the wall with McElwain....without Roper there's little hope for that florida offense. What was your offense ranked last year, 111th, right?

Steve Spurrier won championships at Florida but didn't at South Carolina. So clearly it is unwise to assume that a coach will simply continue a trend when switching schools.

Agreed but Muschamp didn't win shite at Florida, so USC Jr. is really fricked.

It's not like he doesn't recognize top talent though. Driskel and Brissett both got drafted when they transfered to other teams and despite his lack of wanting to compete, Grier is actually a good QB. All highly rated pro style QBs, and all have done well in systems outside of what Muschamp wanted.

Florida just attracts crazies, cheaters, and murderers. We're above that here and we already have a QB that won't kill anyone, won't juice, and actually wants to succeed. Not our fault rats are jumping from the sinking ship.
McElwain should get better control of his team.

I think Florida would've been better off hiring a spread OC like Roper at the start of Muschamp's tenure there. Would've been a much better fit for the QBs he recruited there.

Not denying that Muschamp was retarded about the way he handled the QBs he had. Every SC fan is praying he learned his lesson.
Blaming all the transfers on him is retarded though. Two went on to the NFL. Had he adhered to a system that fit to their needs, Florida would have been fine and Muschamp would still be there today.
Look at what McElwain has done without Grier. Not much better.
