Intentional fouling

How is intentional fouling in the last minute or two NOT intentional fouling?

New rule: teams that are fouled in last 2 minutes of a game should have the option of FT's OR taking the ball out. That rule would expedite the game and end the ridiculous trips to the FT line as desperate teams foul intentionally.

Or the rule should be enforced equally throughout the fricking game.

They are. If you swipe at someone like players do at the end of games it is just a common foul. For example someone intentionally fouling a poor free throw shooter instead of giving up a layup.

I think you need to look up what an intentional foul is. First off they are called flagrant fouls. These are based on the severity of the foul not if it was premeditated or not.
