In it's last 6 home games against Power 5 teams, Auburn has scored more than 1 TD only once : last weekend against Texas A&M. They have not broken 20 points at home vs a P5 team since the loss to Texas A&M in November 2014.
9/26/15 - Mississippi State, 9 pts, 0 TD
10/31/15 - Ole Miss, 19 pts, 1 TD
11/14/15 - Georgia, 13 pts, 1 TD
11/28/15 - Alabama, 13 pts, 1 TD
9/3/16 - Clemson, 13 pts, 1 TD
9/17/16 - Texas A&M, 16 pts, 2 TDs
2013-2014 Home Games vs P5
vs Washington St - 31 pts
vs Mississippi State - 24 pts
vs Ole Miss - 30 pts
vs Georgia - 43 pts
vs Alabama - 34 pts
vs Arkansas - 45 pts
vs LSU - 41 pts
vs South Carolina - 42 pts
vs Texas A&M - 41 pts
Auburn only scored less than 30 points at home 1 time between 2013-2014. They haven't broken 20 points at home the last 6 games.
Would you have believed that in mid-December 2013 (or even after the 2014 season)?

I like Gus. I like the way he represents Auburn. I have a deep appreciation for the two SEC championships he's brought us.
But that's utterly ridiculous and something needs to be done. I don't know if that's firing him altogether, or making him can Lashlee and Hand and hire actual position coaches, or what. But it makes me sad.
ETA: Also that division can also be defined with Nick leaving, so there's that

ETA3: The heck are those downvotes for?

It is truly an incredible change. Auburn literally went from one of the scariest offenses in America (in explosiveness and points) to one of the most feeble in the snap of a finger.

Can you imagine if you didn't have rocket leg Daniel Carlson? That guy should get a street named after him.

That's crazy to think about. I often wonder if the responsibility of being a head coach is too much for him. Some people are just better coordinators, maybe he is one of those? Maybe he has to put his complete attention on one thing?
I am at a loss.

We haven't won a home P5 game since the "State of Auburn" shirts rolled out

Wasn't the Texas A&M game in 2014 when Auburn started wearing those State of Auburn shirts?
Edit : Hahaha Sandman beat me to it

This shows the undeniable offensive genius of the Whirly Bird.

Tomorrow's game will threaten the all time score of 3-2.

Is this meant for Auburn's offense or A&M's defense? =)

People say it's because Marshall left, but the truth is that it happened before he left. The only explanation I have is that DC's spent extra time in the film room scheming. One guy got successful and other DC's started following what he did. From there, it spiraled out of control with DC's adding even more stuff.
Only explanation I have other than Gus having a stroke no one knows about.

Yeah there were some signs of issues in that 2014 season, long before the A&M game. The Kansas St game especially, and the Miss St game to a degree.
I think DC's have adjusted, while I also think Gus has overcompensated for those adjustments and has tried to get cute with his playcalling at times. It's still a dangerous offense when it has a dynamic playmaker at QB and can get 4+ yards on 1st down and get into its tempo.

I've read from people who know Malzahn's offense (since his high school days) that they believe the current offense is his real offense. They think that the Cam Newton/Nick Marshall versions, the ones that rely heavily on running the ball with read option are not what Gus really wants to do. They contend those variations were more from the Todd Graham school (which he picked up at Tulsa), and that his preferred method of operation is with a drop back QB (which shows why he has signed so many of them the last few years).
I have no idea if that's legitimate or not, but it was interesting nonetheless.

That all sounds about right
