I think people may be putting too much stock in last year's result between Alabama and A&M. Just look at LSU vs Auburn's result last year compared to this year. Dramatic blowouts can easily be reversed in 1 year's time. I'm not saying A&M is going to blow Alabama out, or even win. I'm just saying it's a possibility despite last year's score.

There is no defense of that game. There is no spin, no way to make it look better than it was.

This is an entirely different team this year than last year but I will never defend the egg we laid last year at bama.

You haven't scored anywhere near that in any game this season.

insult to eggs. I've never felt bad for an opposing team in the second quarter before, but when we scored our last first half TD I felt sorry that A&M had to come back out

Yeah but bama is not really that different this year, a&m is a little better. I'd say it's closer than 59-0 but still a blowout. I don't mean this out of disrespect but I can see a bama Georgia repeat type of game.

That result wasn't the defense. If we score points and move the ball, the game changes. Offense and a qb we no longer have carry the greatest burden

This is true. Not defending it but if there is a silver lining is that the difference in talent level was not 59 points. A&M played very well early last season, something mental happened to that team.

That is a team full of quitters. When Bama punched them in the mouth they probably quit again.

If we're being completely honest, I think the aggies will declare a moral victory if they lose by less than 10.

I thought we bounced back well.

Took down auburn, would have taken down LSU if not for the refs literally handing them the game, and beat our bowl opponent all with the worst SEC defense.

Contrast that to when we lost to OU 77-0, completely different response.

I seem to recall A&M moving the ball with ease, but any and every bad thing that could have happened, did happen to the Aggots. Saturday's game will likely be a back and forth battle. Good luck with that, Bama...

Bama's going to run the ball all over A&M.

Well, I know without a doubt Bama can stop the run - if our oline can control the LOS and keep aTm offense off the field, it'll be a good day.

y'all need to hire better refs for Kyle Field then.
