IMO, TN IS improving and it will show this season

Good skill talent. Good interior DL youth. Need to show some good stuff with the OL though. QB depth is decent.
Just my own opinion.

I have my doubts he will take TN to the promise land, but I think he can win the SEC. He is getting the talent to do it. Not the best player development coach though, which is what will keep him from taking TN to the promise land.

Nah, we suck. Josh Dobbs sucks. Butch Jones suck. We are never beating anyone besides UK and Vandy again. Maybe USC once in a blue moon. We are done forever and ever. We'll never be relevant again.

CBJ is an elite talent evaluator. His ability to develop remains to be seen, but I am optimistic. Barnett, McKenzie, Tuttle, etc. all have the makings of 1st round draft picks... let's see where they end up. Also, Jordan Williams was deemed the best coached player at the Dolphins camp this year out of the rookies. More of a testament to Stripling than CBJ though.
