IMG controlling the stories for the Univesity of Arkansas

So, now the University can cover up bad mistakes, write their own stories protecting certain people, and make their fans believe what they say because they said it. By giving IMG the only media direct access to the program the University of Arkansas has effectively shut out any and all 3rd party reporting coming from the athletic program.
They will be able to control and manipulate all stories coming from the program. This only benefits one person and his mission to cut off all truthful reporting from the University of Arkansas athletic program. Not only that they will be able to cover and control all written articles dealing with the athletic programs. Its budgets and how it spends its money. Guess Long knew the storm was coming and is protecting his assets. It is a sad state when your own football program is shut off from local media coverage and manipulates its own stories. Not only does IMG and the University of Arkansas write the stories they are the story teller able to tell whatever they want told whether it happens to be the truth or not.

Poor Arkansas media is going to have to actual work for stories instead of being spoon fed. Maybe people will actually realize how terrible and lazy our instate media is these days.

Yeah, I can not be a fan of a program that lies to its supporters, controls its own media (websites and message boards), and makes up BS stories about winning and the SEC. I might as well become a fan of winning programs that do not have to lie to their fans to get them to be fans. Of course, I think the University of Arkansas is wanting new fans who will buy all that which they shovel, hook line and sinker.

Sounds like the Germans want to run a sports team but be careful with what you say and how you say. I always tell it like it is and say what I want. I do not need a propaganda machine telling me what I should think and say.
