Hey if you got him and that's who you want,congrats. I just don't see the angle as your main mission is to beat Saban. In your shoes id rather have a coach who Nick doesn't understand, one who gets him out of his comfort zone. But again that's just me.

LSU won't be happy with this hire.
I bet the FSU players aren't happy, knowing their coach has been discussing a move to the SEC during the week of their biggest rivalry game.
It wouldn't shock me if they mailed it in on Saturday. Those players have never respected him.

He could have skated for a few more years with close losses to only Bama. That was not his undoing. The familiarity goes both ways and it's been a while since he won Saban a championship at LSU.
