While I know for sure LSU is the better team, MSU is no doubt going to come in with a chip on their shoulder after getting swept a few weeks ago and we've seen LSU's ability to choke in the supers. Going at least 5-1 against a good team is tough and all the pressure is on LSU...not to mention losing this series would be the most embarrassing loss for LSU posters on this board since the UF football game, and I'm not gonna lie, that makes me a tad nervous! Hope it's a great series.

State usually has a scrappy team. This will be hard fought game.

More Brent Rooker. We should take this, but State just got some momentum in that regional. It could carry over.

This team will not back down and is a scrappy bunch. Most fans wonder what this team could have been with a complete pitching staff.
I see LSU at home playing for a chance at OMAHA being to much.
The Tigers have been playing lights out, lately.
I'm proud of the Bulldogs to make it this far.

Not as bad as the Florida game. That was the worst. LSU fans talked so much shite for a month and a half up to the game. We were so cocky and sure we were going to win that game and it blew up in our faces.

I know what the word literally means, but in what aspect related to baseball would you consider them scrappy?
Anything tangible? Or did you mean that platitudinally?
Not trying to play gotcha... I just haven't watched much baseball this season, so I don't know much about the teams.
