I would have them beating Alabama if the game were in Oxford again. Tuscaloosa is a tough place to play, especially for a new QB. Could go either way though, would love to see some OT.

My thought was based on the fact that Coker can't find a starting position after to schools and being beat out by running backs, freshmen, and pretty much anyone with a pulse. But whatevs

You're right. Beating out two sophomores who combined to attempt 42 passes and a TE is more impressive than sitting behind a Heisman winner and 5th year senior.

Fact is, you don't even know whether Coker will be starting for Bama or not.

No you don't, you hope they will but you don't actually believe they will. I know it's trendy and fashionable for all the Bama haters to say Bama will struggle this year but that's just the wishful thinking clouding judgement. There are only two games on the Bama schedule that I would say there is a greater than 50% chance that Alabama could lose. Those games are at Georgia and at Auburn. Bama will not lose a home game

History and head to head matchup says otherwise.

Man, I thought maybe I had clicked on a thread from before we actually saw Vandy play. This is really bad.

How many passes have Bateman, Morris, Barnett and the other guy combined for? Yet Coker can't even separate himself from them

heir first four games being UTM, Fresno State, Alabama, and the mighty Dores. If MGK can get it going they might have one of the best teams in the country

Maybe because Bama has more talented QBs on the roster than OM does?

Blake Barnett - 5* composite (.9896)
Cooper Bateman - High 4* composite (.9623)
David Cornwell - High 4* composite (.9624)

Ryan Buchanan - Low 4* composite (.9005)
DeVante Kincade - 3* composite (.8894)

I'm sorry I'm not delusional enough to believe that Chad Kelly winning the job over 2 scrubs automatically makes him more talented than someone else.

An LSU fan calling any QB besides their own a "scrub" is just laughable. Enjoy being 1-0 after tomorrow, it's going to go downhill quick...
