Care to elaborate? Are they untrue as in there aren't any violations at all? If so, why would the school president or AD or whatever he is make a statement about them?
Or are they untrue as in "only 5 of the 32 allegations are from football?" I could see that part being untrue to try and get this class in, or I could see the part about it being previous staffs being untrue.

Although not exactly correct, Finebaum would basically agree saying that there will be no measurable effect on the football program whatsoever from this.

Well I could guess the same and have a high probability of being right. There's so many different things that could be wrong with what's come out so far that it's most likely being falsely reported. There could be more than 5 violations on the football team, more than 30 total, less than either of those, could have to do with the current staff, be major or minor, etc.

I think you misunderstood what I'm saying. Most likely some part of the reports coming out now are incorrect, thus falsely reported. Not the fact that there are allegations, just some of the facts regarding it.
