I agree but I think you see a huge amount of growth with players from college to NFL.

Atlanta allows him in the 4th quarter to play RB or even direct snaps as the QB, the Falcons win the SB. Hell, with the rush the Patriots had going in the 4th quarter, just run slants or 5 yard outs with Julio. He was really underutilized in the 2nd half

Just about every catch Julio reeled in was impressive. He didn't get targeted enough.
