1. Get the frikkin SEC office out of Birmingham, fire all the Bama homers that work there, and move it to Nashville.
2. Erase the whole Mizzou nightmare and send them packing. Expunge all records of them ever being in the league. What the frick were they thinking?
3. Move AU to the East, bring FSU in to replace Mizzou and move them to the West.
4. Rotate the SECCG. Nashville, Houston, Atlanta, New Orleans.

Do UGA/Fla fans actually like traveling to Jax for this game? I just can't see playing one of our biggest conference rivals at a neutral field.
I've always wanted it to be a H/H setup.
To me, 4+ hours from Athens or 1 hr. from Gainesville AIN'T considered "neutral".

Hire refs that aren't blind and make sure they can call fair games. If they are calling everything they should remain consistent but if they're letting them play they should continue to let them play (within reason).
Fix targeting. I like basketball's system but in the mean time I'd instruct my refs to only call targeting that has intent or if a player continues to lead with the head. When a runner lowers his head it also shouldn't be targeting. A lot of calls should be unsportsmanlike conduct or roughing.

1) I'd break the conference up into four pods per the roommate switch idea and have everyone play everyone more rapidly - while only having to play 8 regular season conference games. A single conference championship game would still result - as well as the maintenance of crucial rivalries.
2) Mandate all SEC teams play two "BCS" levels opponents out of conference each year.
3) Encourage SEC schools to start a new tradition of a two end of spring scrimmage games (one home, one away) against SEC opponents not on the schedule in the prior year.
