If you have the best player in CFB shouldn't you run the offense threw him?

Nobody's going anywhere with a one-dimensional offense. It's not 1985 anymore.

In the rain no less, but their O-line looked like hot garbage for the most part. Can't run without blocking

Are you saying Leonard Fournette should try to pass? If so, I agree.

You misspelled it twice man...

And we do run our offense through Chubb. Bama did a really good job of stopping he run yesterday.

LSU has been using Fournette in a similar way we use Chubb, but they also haven't faced as high quality of a team that we faced in Bama yesterday.

eta: we on the same page Genro

Yeah, but Chubb needed a pretty late big run to break 100 against Southern so.....

I agree. HB Pass with Fournette would be money.

Of course you use your run game to open up the passing game, but at some point you actually need a passing game. I hope ours shows up at some point.

LSU has been one dimensional since Les Miles arrived......yet we've managed to win SEC titles and a BCSNCG!!

How did we manage to do that?

We've been in a championship game with just that.

Also, I don't think anyone really knows what our pass attack can be. The writing is not on the wall yet. We have not been in a position where we were forced to put it in the air. I think there is still a big surprise left on this team.
