Alabama 5:3
Tennessee 10:1
A&M 10:1
Florida 15:1
Ole Miss 20:1
LSU 25:1

Tennessee. You wager $100 at 10-1 and then hedge accordingly if Tennessee makes the SECCG (very likely).

Needing Bama to lose twice for that 20:1 payout?

That's the limiting factor compared to Ole Miss winning out on top of that.

Bama will lose one of UT, A&M, or LSU for sure. Could lose a second and Arkansas has found a way to make it a game and with a little luck or Hurts going down win that.

Maybe. But the value is with Tennessee at those odds. You can always hedge if Tennessee gets to Atlanta, which seems likely.

Yea the smart play is UT now and then hedge on the sec champ game. Unless UF beats LSU and Arky, they are locked in IMO
