If you had to pick one as your HC: Kirby Smart or Bert?

This is a tough call for me.
Probably Kirby Smart just because of his defense. But, then again, his offense is going to turn into Muschamp's.
Bert on the other hand still has a losing record in the SEC and has no real upside.
Tough call. Coin flip, I'm going with Bert only because he beat Florida. Georgia has had zero quality wins this year.

Smart for the same reason I would take Butch Jones over Bert he is a good recruiter . Bert is not good at anything. Atleast Smart and Jones would leave the next coach more talent.

and i don't want either. in fact, i don't want any of the sec coaches except for maybe saban from 10 years ago and i'm pretty sure that's impossible.

He does suck. I don't think you remember this: he lost to Muschamp's team that lost to Georgia Southern. Think about that.
