If you had to choose between Meyer and Saban, who would you pick?

Which coach would you want coaching your team. IMO the answer is easy, Urban is only 51 and already has 3 championships. I think he will have 5 championships before he is 55. Meanwhile with Saban it appears his offense once known for physical and bruising play went soft. Plus it's only a matter of time before he retires.

Meyer, he takes care of business the first time and doesn't need revenge games.

Saban has four championships, that is more than three. Although Meyer's OSU team outplayed Alabama in an honest and entertaining game, Saban dealt with it.

Meyer doesn't deal with things and is a little nutso. He made a total fool of himself after Saban destroyed his will to coach and, hell, maybe even to live, in the SEC Championship game.

He quit the Gators because of Saban. After recovering from his mental breakdown and endless accounts of erratic behavior, he became a failure as an ESPN host.

He left the Gators in such a horrible state, due to his unethical and skeezy behavior, that they have yet to recover.

I would much rather have a stable, strong, honest, trustworthy man as the head coach of a team I support than a weaselly, sneaky, mentally unbalanced kook as head coach, no matter how talented.

And frankly, I wouldn't be critiquing another coach about how soon he may retire when the coach you are elevating is liable to just up and walk off at any moment, after any loss, at any time.

Saban.

Only a matter of time before Urban has another emotional breakdown.

Not to mention Ohio State fans; they are bigger slimeballs than Meyer.

For years and years and years, we in the SEC were subjected to their moral indignity about supposed oversigning, with Alabama being the main target. But, we weren't their only target.

Anyway, now Ohio State under Meyer is the oversigning king of oversigning. I mean, they do it big.

But, go to any Ohio State message board and you will see endless rationalizations about how it's okay and normal and not being done the wrong way, or with harm to innocent child players, under Meyer.

It just goes to show that Ohio State fans don't give a shite about players or education any more than SEC fans do. The slimeball part of it is that they pretended for so long that they really cared about the children.

Ohio State and Meyer are a perfect fit.

It doesn't hurt now that his schedule is: Girl Scout Troop 4719, the cast of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, 11 contest winners from the AARP, and Minnesota. Then beat two real teams at the end of the year and you're nurshunal churmpions!!!!1

So, as far as coaching goes, Saban. As far as circumstance goes, Meyer. As far as choosing who has the stronger moral fiber, that's like asking who would you rather run your country: Hitler or Mao Zedong.

Saban. I'd rather have an antisocial psychopathic than a typical Ohioan douche.

Oh right, because Saban changed jobs without the approval of reporters and the media and LSU fans were mad because he left Miami without their permission.

That makes Saban an evil and bad person? I will give you that he is one of only a handful of coaches that have ever coached at more than one team in their careers. But, that doesn't make him a bad person.

Are you really of the mindset that Saban is a good guy? There's quite a bit of evidence that he's a dick.

Saban. He made Urban quit the SEC because Urban knew he was not going to win NCs having to play Saban every year. Furthermore, Urban goes to a much, much weaker conference and really only has to worry about one or maybe two games a year.

If Urban doesn't go undefeated with that BS schedule he has this year, then you have your answer. Hell, I think half the teams in the SEC could go undefeated with that Buckeye schedule.

Lot's of head coaches are dicks. Most of them aren't the guy you want to have a beer with at the bar, even the ones who try to put on that persona.

To single Saban out particularly for being out of the ordinary is dishonest. He is a good father, good husband, successful at life, beloved by players, and respected by those he works with.

He has his own charity to help children and those who are disadvantaged and seems to genuinely be a good person.

So what if he is demanding and strict at work. If you've ever had a job, you would know that oftentimes those types are the ones who get the most done.

Meyer. Because I know I would never, ever as a fan, have to worry about QB play.

I didn't. I spoke disparagingly of Meyer's character as well. What're you talking about?

Your assertion that Saban has a horrible and nasty character is most likely due to your knowledge of him deciding to change jobs without permission of the Miami media and ESPN. That is silly.

What else? Maybe he was reported to have snapped at a couple of dumb-asses who try to stop him and bullshite with him when he is at work?

Anything else? He doesn't put up with ignorant questions at press conferences?

These are the damning attributes of his personality that has led you to condemn a man's very character, who he is as a human being?

Ridiculous and shallow.
