Who in the world said USC and Bama have equal talent?

Actually USC and Alabama are pretty even in recruited talent, at least on paper. If we average the recruiting rankings over the last four years we find that USC has recruited just about on the same level as LSU,slightly better than Georgia and Auburn (for example).

People that think it will be an Alabama romp may be in for a shock. USC defense may not be deep but it is good and we don't know about Alabama offense yet.

Nobody ever said even. We said USC is talented. More than half the shite we'll play in the SEC.

Dam, stop making it all or nothing. Bama should win but USC has and always will have good players. We are not playing San Jose state.

Depth wise no they aren't close to Alabama. Starters yes I believe they have as good a WR corps or close to Bama. I think their OL is elite, max Brown was a huge highly sought after recruit with plenty of talent and Bama is unsettled at QB. If Bama can line up and run it at will between the tackles I think it will look a lot like the LSU Bama game last year.

USC isn't even in the same stratosphere as Bama in terms of talent or skill.

I'm one of those people saying USC has comparable talent to Bama.
It's because they frickin' do.

USC is going to give Alabama a damn good game and very well may beat them.

I'm sure they are even talent wise.

And Alabama is going to win.

The only dissent to that I've seen is in the form of "what if"

I don't understand this either. On paper this is game is a total mismatch, yet I keep hearing folks speak of USC's talent. USC was 8-6 last year and, of course Bama was 14-1(and won the playoff). If I am not mistaken USC has three years of full scholarships, and Bama has had 6 number one recruiting classes(only five count for this game). I am sure USC has good athletes but not as many as Bama. They actually had a common opponent in 2015. Bama manhandled Wisky, and Wisky pushed USC all over the field.(so did Stanford). Now Wisky and Stanford are physical, no doubt about it, but they aren't as physical as Bama. I can't remember the last a team matched up so poorly against Bama.

Insecure? I notice you pop in and say this in every thread by a Tide fan. It's pathetic that you are so ate up with envy that you feel the need to do this. Get some help slick, it's just a game.

Do y'all realize how bad Walmart stock would drop if Bama would go 8-4? They would have a huge inventory of Gump shirts collecting dust
