If Tunsil's stepdad is the hacker, is he retarded?

Most people think it's his stepdad, who is currently suing Tunsil.
If it was him,
1) you're literally costing the guy who you're trying to win money from, millions of dollars which you can't try to claim
2) taking this risk of being caught hacking his account will only damage your chances to $$$ in the lawsuit
Not the brightest move, the only thing you gain is some sort of sick personal pleasure for hurting someone else's career (ever so slightly too).

How hard would it be to find out who is responsible? I would think that some law enforcement agency could investigate and trace this evil act back to the culprit rather easily...personally, I don't think it was the stepfather. I would bet that the miserable cretin who did it wears maroon and whit or crimson boxer shorts when they lay their heads down at night. I mean, we already have one state college guy who has gone on record as saying he has dedicated his life to bringing down the Ole Miss football program. (he runs an msu website, if I'm correct)

I have no idea but the stepdad would definitely be shooting himself in the foot if he did it considering he wants money and needless to say he'd be setting himself up for prosecution too when it was found out.

Literally anyone with access to a computer or phone he logged onto could've released that stuff. Laremy leaves his phone or ipad laying around one night and anyone - a student, player, some random dude at a party could get his passwords and access all of it. If Laremy used a shared a computer with roommates or logged in one time at someone else's house it could've been gotten from that.
It's not out of the question that LT was at a party one night and left his phone or ipad lying around.

If it was the stepdad, people when think they have been wronged are often so pissed that they do things against their self interest.
It is probably one of his former crew that he kicked to the curb prior to making millions and they are so jealous they want to bring him down.
That being said, Tunsil was the one hitting the bong in the gasmask. Don't give me the he was only a kid crap. We are responsible for our choices and have to live with the consequences.

I don't think it was his stepdad but I do believe it was somebody he knows. So if these videos of tunsil were on his phone is it possible somebody hacked his iCloud and got them bc they automatically back up
