The SEC could pay for the teams to cancel their non-conference games Nov. 19 so they could play in Gainesville that day. The Gators are currently scheduled to play Presbyterian that weekend. LSU is set to face South Alabama.

Yeah, let's refund all the LSU fans their TAF fees and tickets for South Bama, how does that make LSU whole!

They could work out an agreement with the NCAA that allows both LSU and UF to play a 13th game in 2017, and they can both schedule an extra tomato can.

They already have that rule in place for teams that travel to Hawaii.

I'm sure losing you would be just devastating to the SEC and everyone on this forum.

NO, the SEC isn't paying to cancel LSU and Florida's contracted non-conference games. It's not coming out of the VOLS or anyone else's take home pay from the SEC. That's for damn sure.

Is Hurricane Matthew finally going to be what causes LSU to leave the SEC and join the XII?

And then in a few years when you have that road game scheduled in Ames, IA and it snows, will you throw another tantrum?

If they play a scheduled game, you're done with the sec? What will the conference ever do?
