It wasn't Pell Grant money...it was to those incredible charitable organizations that do such good work... Momma'sLightBill.org and MyRent.org

The Ole Miss General Slush Fund for rent and family light bills is handled in complete compliance with NCAA regulations.
Also, it isn't a violation because it wasn't just available to Tunsil, it was available to all former 5 star prospects.
