The flag absolutely SHOULD have been thrown. That's inexcusable. That's a penalty the SEC and the NCAA, for years, have prioritized.

I do not think so. It happened during the play on 4th down. Play was not over. Would have been UT ball at the 20 yard line with no time left, but they would have had the chance to re-kick.
