That first week scare against a low level team keeps them, imo, at that spot. Plus a overtime win gives them credit but not enough

Ummmm...your own topic says IMPROVEMENT from week 1 to week 2.
I would say beating a Top 15 team on the road with the 3rd longest home winning streak in the nation at 14 games with a QB starting his 2nd game ever is indeed improvement and the Hogs deserve to be higher on your list.
