For a conference with two directions in its name, using directions for divisions sounds redundent.

I'd prefer divisions named after geographic landmarks like the Appalachian Mountains, Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi River, (Frontier aint bad though).

Make it mandatory that all pods get at least non charter member. Also make it that no pod has two teams from the same state.
