If SEC expands to 16 teams, what two teams would you pick?

You can pick any teams, because the presumption is that its better to play in SEC than any other conference.

I think Florida State for sure, but then am torn between Miami or Texas.

None of those make any sense. The SEC wants to expand its TV market. The SEC already has the states of Florida and Texas.

If they expand it would be into North Carolina and Virginia.

I love the U but Miami fans are NOTHING like SEC fans at all. Frick that noise.

VT and NC State would round out the conference nicely.

I read this somewhere already that it would be North Carolina and Duke because of Basketball.

It doesn't make tv sense, but I agree these two are the best fit.

Va Tech & Texas.

Va Tech picks up the huge DC market and Texas is the richest school in America. Why not add them to the richest conference AND bring UT & A&M back together again.

UVA and UNC. Opens up VA and NC, while also bringing in historic, traditional rivals. For the academic people, it brings in great academic schools too.
UNC-UK could become a great basketball rivalry too, traditional blue bloods. Both add to baseball, and sponsor men's soccer, possibly making enough schools for the SEC to sponsor it.
ANYONE BUT VA TECH!!
