That's not realistic at all. LSU will not hire a coach without previous head coaching experience.
Frank Wilson will likely look for an OC job somewhere so he can continue to climb the coaching ladder to one day being a head coach.

I like up and comers. Can't help myself. Maybe more realistic would be Frank/Org as HC and this guy as the OC/Asst. Head coach
