If Freeze has to go, what about Miles to OM?

He would help improve their image quickly and can recruit like hell....obviously he knows the SEC as well as anyone. Just saying ;-)

If there's one school that tries to emulate all things LSU all the while pretending to revile them, it's ole miss. So Les would be a perfect fit. People also may believe he's capable of landing a 5star recruit at ole miss unlike a women's basketball coach. So there should be less scrutiny.

It's all good. If Freeze left, ole miss would be dumb not to swoop Miles up. He could recruit the heck out of Louisiana and would be a thorn in the side of his former team.

He could be a "little" bit of a thorn sure.....but unless he improves his philosophy on O it doesn't worry me a bit ?? OM would finally run the damn ball that is for sure.

Yeah, I don't want him and Saban in the two states to our east. Les developed some solid relationships throughout the state, and is very respected. I'm still not sure how he pulled some of the offensive talent he consistently pulled every year.

How much did his philosophy hurt him at LSU? He was pulling in 5* WR nearly every year with that philosophy.

BayouBengal.....besides Landry and OBJ in 2013...what are the stats of all those five star receivers? When I say his philosophy I'm talking about the performance of the O that does not concern me...I'm sure he could definitely still pick up great WR. But keep in mind LA produces tons of great WR and Miles was able to take advantage of that. If Canada help me us become an explosive O it will be hard for anyone to take our top offensive recruits in state.

Lol, why would he forfeit his LSU buyout to coach at a school that's gonna be on NCAA Double Secret Probation?
OM will not get any coach with any kind of name for a long time. They couldn't even get Lyle at this point.

You don't know that for sure one bit Vols....if it's a two year bowl ban...then yeah it will be tough to get anyone decent at the moment

Isn't his buyout contingent on actively trying to get hired elsewhere?
