If Florida beats Bama, is Bama still the better team?

I would say no because if a team beats you that team was better. Period. End of story.
Bama fans believe in something called "lesser teams" and "off days."
The concept is that "lesser teams" sometimes get lucky and beat "better teams", but that doesn't mean "lesser teams" are actually better. It just means "better teams" had an "off day".
This logic implies that certain teams like Bama are already the "better teams" even before the season starts and therefore creates a false narrative that no Bama losses are bad losses. They were just "off days."
Why even play a regular season? Just hand Bama the SEC Championship trophy in early August and get on with the playoff. All other teams should just quit football.
However, this year we'll make sure to give Florida a participation trophy since the SEC championship game (win or lose) will mean nothing for Florida's chances at a playoff berth.

I was in the stands for both games. Stevie Wonder could see that Bama is vastly better. On top of that, their coach does not have teeth like a nutria. He also shows class when he wins.

AU did that with the UGA loss, ARK with the Mizzou loss, LSU with the UF loss..it's pretty much what the west does..

In any event, it's not a good troll. Very, very few serious sports fans really believe an upset is the same as being the better team. Unless it's their own team doing the upset, in which case the Upset=Better rule is the second thing God created. He created the heavens and the earth, then he decreed that inferior teams magically become superior by catching a good team on a bad day.
