A lot of players said they didn't feel comfortable with Michael Sam being gay in the locker room. Would they handle an elite player any differently?

Per the earlier thread, I think that he and Julio Jones would make quite the NFL power couple.

rumor a buddy of mine from florida told me was that he was gay. He said this years ago when I didn't even know who he was. He was an athlete at florida and claimed there was a big black qb on the team who was gay.
The whole story with his girlfriend and how she gave birth when people didn't even know she was pregnant was very strange as well. Not sure if its true or not and it doesn't matter. But I was told years ago that there were signs showing he was gay. tifwi

I've been at UA since 2006. It was/is known by pretty much anybody that ever saw him out that he was a very quiet introvert who would seek the company of men. He's a badass on the field and I think the only team he'd ever leave the Falcons for would be the 49ers. He could probably make a huge splash if he ever publicly came out, but he's the type of person who wants to stay out of the limelight.
