would they be the 1st SEC team to drop the MNC game?

I think Saban knows Oregon will give his team problems this year. If you watch Bama they do have a few issues and Oregon will exploit them.

Could Bama be the new Arky and drop the big gome to an foe outside the SEC.

WTF? No. Because LSU already claims that title.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. This is an example of why I was sad that LSU got beat down.

But to try and answer your badly phrased question, I think Oregon could certainly give Alabama trouble. I think it would be a good game. There are two threads on the front page discussing an Alabama/Oregon matchup at length.

I actually don't see Oregon Matching up well with Bama. Yes Oregon looks hot vs Pac 12 teams, but shite LSU looked damn good vs Washington.

Yup. They'll be so pathetic they won't even score.

just stop...have you seen their(Oregon)defense?

Bama just has to do what they do and will win on sheer will of the o-line and lacy and the other kid..

Bama will smoke Oregon in the NC game...

Oregon shouldn't be on the same playing field they are talented but it's just not the same caliber of team. They have been the best team in the nation for 5 years it seems like and they keep getting sat down.

Oregon would do a little better than Ole Miss did, but they won't beat Bama.

The bigger challenge for Bama will be the SECCG.
