What would their program be like if they had stayed in the Old SWC (Big 12) ? I can not remember if they were relevant in the SWC every year, but they had to be at least in the conversation some years. My guess is they wouldn't have tried to a mirror other SEC teams with their HCs hires and maybe had a completely different program. I wonder if they regret that move.

Most years the swc came to Ark & Tex. Won it 88 & 89. No do not regret the move. Swc refs would make you love SEC refs

OU was not in the SWC it was in the BIG 8.

Ark was the only team not from Texas in the SWC

Program enthusiasm can make up a lot of TV dollars the SEC provided.

Aggy won it in 85,86,87,91,92,93....Made that arse quit
Arky's success in the big 12 would have been dependent on how their coaching hires went, just like all programs if you're looking at small windows.
