The last true "team of destiny" was Connecticut in 2011.

That team won their last 11 games in a row (5 straight in the Big East Tournament, 6 straight in the NCAA Tournament)

We are the SINderella team this year. It is our destiny. It is our time. It is the year of the rooster. ESPN called us "the nation's darlings" of the tournament. Why not us?

Even if we make it no further, I am still ecstatic as hell with this season. And the fact that we are 1 of only 4 teams in the nation with both our men and women still dancing doesn't hurt my feelings at all, either.

What people forget about '86 Nova is that they're a Catholic university. They had the Pope on their side. USC just has Hootie and the Blowfish. Sorry, it's just not happening.

If they are still hot this weekend they have a chance. Baylor has a good team, but they aren't dominating.

We lost to Florida pretty good last matchup, but I'm not exactly living in fear of them.

I think Wisconsin will wind up winning this bracket though.

But the Gamecock is now a hen

After turning your back on your state's history you now have been emasculated

Scar can beat Baylor, no doubt about it. This game screams upset.

if not for the political agenda of the NCAA, SC likely not playing in Greenville and not getting out of the 1st two rounds.

they clearly wanted to make fans in NC mad about SC getting homecourt to gin up backlash against HB2 in NC.

a a team of destiny seeded 7 doesn't get a home court advantage that even a 1 seed didn't get.

You're not Vanderbilt, so you should be afraid. Very afraid.

i'm not wrong. of course a SC fan isn't going to have a problem with it.

think about all the past tournaments and try to recall a low seed having that crazy home court against a high seed. i can't think of another.

saying i'm wrong isn't proving i'm wrong. you obviously a hack for SC.

the com. could have easily moved SC to another region. they kept SC in SC for their political agenda. so obvious.

btw, i'm one of the few on here that predicted Trump would win. i may be the only one, and I was mocked at the time. lol
