I think State defends their title

Looking at the standings and the upcoming schedule I think State is the favorite to win the league. They're sitting at 10-4 with Alabama & Georgia left on the schedule. They should get to 20 wins easily and that may be all it takes this year. Arkansas is in a similar position at 11-4 with Georgia & Tennesee left, but UT ain't quite the dead fish that Bama is. I won't call it a 2 horse race, but they're a few lengths ahead of everyone and both should finish strong.

SEC baseball isn't that easy to predict. Weird things will happen over the second half.

No telling how it falls in the second half of the season, but UK's bats still look pretty solid at this point. They should at the very least remain in the hunt.

Still a lot of ball to be played. I wouldn't be surprised if Arkansas wins it this year.

No idiot, they're not. They only have a 3 game lead on the 5th place team in the West and the top 5 still have series against each other. It's not even close to a 2 headed race. It's a 5 headed race.

Alot of ball to be played. State still has to play Auburn, Texas AM, and LSU. Alot of people think Auburn are playing over their heads and waiting for them to fall. They got Arkansas and State in back to back series. The truth will come out after those series. After a slow start, A&M is playing good ball. LSU has win low scoring ball games. I don't think they can do that.
