Usually, you will have fans still defending Les and the team after a debacle like this, pointing to the 75% winning percentage, etc.

Not now.

I was done with Les after 1/9/12. I had glimmers of hope here and there over the past few years because, well, what are you going to do? You have to pull for your team.

But now? That was completely inexcusable on every level.

This is a 6-6 team unless some dramatic turnaround happens, which I don't for see. It might be a bit better or worse, depending how the ball bounces, but it is a 6-6 team without question.

This is a veteran team with 17 returning starters. No excuse for this. None.

The marriage is clearly dead. Only a matter of time before the divorce papers are formally drawn up, making things official.

Any word on #7? He was limping an awful lot towards the end yesterday.

Miles and Cameron offensive ineptitude is indefensible just like Hillary's crookedness.

Oh, is the catch phrase for this week "WE HATE MILES"?

Because just a couple of days ago, it was "WE LOVE MILES".

I'm getting dizzy keeping up with the hysterical LSU football fan base.

As bad as it looks, the next 6 games look winnable at worst. @Auburn looks unlikely with how they performed defensively, but LSU still has a shot because that offense still looks...... un-Malzahn. Florida always seems to look bad against their opener, so it's hard to base anything off that. LSU should still beat MSU and Mizzou at home.

Then comes the grinder.

Damn you'd think you guys would give him more than one game. Also, I'm not trying to be an a-hole but how did you guys not see this coming? I mean the rest of us all knew how bad Harris was. We can spot an incapable player on our roster, why can't you? What has Brandon ever done that give y'all confidence that he could lead a championship team? Just curious.

There's nothing to defend. No excuses for that game. Can't use the youth excuse, can't really use the injury excuse. It all came down to coaching and execution, especially along the Oline that game.

If your a coach and survive what Les survived last year and then you come out doing the exact same thing that almost got you fired, you either have too much pride or your not very smart. How can anyone defend that?

LSU will win out. SEC and national champs. In Les I trust.

I didn't watch the game as I was watching A&M, but I assume Harris didn't complete many passes, right? He's just not good enough to QB a championship team. Not really Les' fault unless you say it's his fault for not recruiting even an average QB.

There is no defending that ineptitude. Only the most delusional could defend that, or someone who is more of a Miles fan instead of an LSU fan.
