didn't try and deny his way out if this one. Sure people knew the girl was on the bike, but I would have figured he would have made up some BS to see if people would fall for it. His persona to me would fit more with the "wasn't me" defense.

He lied already about the incident to the administration. Then he got caught. I wouldn't give him any kudos if I am you.

I was shocked he admitted to the inappropriate relationship. It made me think he knew people had stuff on him. I mean, as much as we all knew there wasn't any way it was an innocent situation, there are ways to explain it away with a group of fans that want to believe he's innocent.

The way things are today, everything was gonna be found out sooner or later. Continuing to lie only would have made it worse when that inevitably happened.

possible it was a little bit of damage control. if he denied, the press may have started digging into his past alot harder. admitting it leaves them no real reason to dig up past affairs.

I know, but he hasn't seemed to have learned this thus far. Why start now?

He should've manned up, set a good example by taking responsibility for his action—and resigned.

But clearly that's not his style.

If he is indeed staying there's about to be an Arky nuclear cum bomb dropped on the SECRant

Wait, so everyone that has an affair, is required to resign from their job when they get caught?

Don't care if he is or is not "innocent". The only explanation I need is why the hell would you get a chick a job in the AD and NOT get a 5* recruit out of the deal. Damn what you got to do around here to get better players?? Build some HS a better practice facility or donate to de churich to get players?? Nah no SEC school (those bastions of civility and integrity) would ever do anything like that.
